BNSB: FRENCH HORN SECTION

French Horn Section,

I truly deeply very disappointed with your progress.. I'm very sick and tired of repeating the same old thing almost every sectional I have with you all.. Can I ask you something?? Aren't you tired of doing the same part everyweek and don't get a chance to cover the rest of the score?? Aren't you tired of hearing me say the same old thing all over again?? You know.. I think what Mr Lim says is right.. I am being "motherly" to all of you.. But I wonder why must I be motherly now??? Maybe I'm not fierce and strict enough with all you.. But I don't want to coz I know it will only make the sectional dull and till SOME of you don't even have a mood.. And can I know why cant you take sectional on non official band practice seriously???? Why must I be there all the time in order for sectional to be efficient??????? Where's your sense of responsibility? And I don't want to accept any more stupid reason such as "IM going chalet.. Not going band" or "my mum ask me to be home by 3" but yet you are still loitering around in sch at 4 pm! Each one of you know very well what things you have done.. Please change your attitude and mindset in band.. And don't do things for the sake of pleasing me.. Do things that will please esp yourself.. And play your part.. Each one of us are contributing not only to the section but as well to the band.. Remember that!
